Solution expert and primary point of contact between the organization and Vendors for operational items. Will be responsible for having a full understanding of the vendor’s system capabilities and how they are deployed and utilized internally. Serves as internal support for items that cannot be resolved by the internal Help Desk and is responsible for escalating to Vendor as needed for resolution. Responsible for all operational processes between the organization and Vendor including managing the change control process, tracking and monitoring SLA’s, reconciling invoices, and maintaining a product roadmap. Serves internal departments as the point of contact for Vendor related information and activities associated with satisfying the ongoing operational requirements of other departmental policies and procedures (i.e. Vendor Management, Security, compliance, IT, etc.). Will be a standing member of any/all Vendor related projects for enhancements and releases.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Partner with assigned business areas to gain deep understanding of their processes, plans, and how technology solutions are utilized by them.
Responsible for understanding the full product solution, its capabilities, and how it is being used by the organization in order to support users as well as provide analysis and recommendations regarding future uses and solutions to support the business.
Work with internal business units to ensure proper understanding and utilization of products inherent capabilities.
Create and maintain an ongoing product roadmap by working with internal business units to identify, sequence, and prioritize enhancement requests in conjunction with upcoming vendor releases and available budget allocation.
Represent the organization and provide input into Vendors product roadmap and enhancement planning.
Produce Feasibility Studies and Business Cases to support Life Cycle Management and prioritization.
Responsible for fulfilling the internal product management requirements associated with other departmental policies and procedures (Security, Vendor Management, audit, compliance, etc).
Requirements Elicitation, Analysis, Configuration, and Documentation
Evaluate and analyze business requirements, elicit information to help identify business needs and objectives, and propose solutions to solve problems.
Manage on-going communication and clarification of functional and non-function requirements in a clear and comprehensible manner to project staff, and other technical stakeholders.
Create and manage Solution Requirements Package supporting Business Requirements:
Use Cases and/or User Stories
Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
Interface Mock-ups and attributes
Process Models and descriptions
Requirements Traceability Deliverables
Application configuration changes with appropriate change management documentation
Requirements management and documentation
Evaluate solution proposals for technical merit and feasibility to satisfy business needs within tolerable cost and risk parameters.
Assist in preparation of testing strategy and test plans and drive SIT and UAT
Skills and Knowledge:
Superb judgement, value-add, as to the appropriateness of the business needs (true justification) and the proposed solution.
Excellent communicator (oral and written) with technical understanding (ability to interpret information) and the proposed solution.
Ability to read and understand technical requirements and design documentation to ensure vendor proposed solutions meet the needs and identify potential impacts to the environment.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Understanding of business analysis activities, tasks, tools and deliverables.
Prior experience with products that will be managed.
Bachelor’s Degree (Management Information Systems or Business Administration preferred) with a minimum of 5-7 years of information technology experience.
Master’s Degree (Management Information Systems or Business Administration preferred) with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.

Contract Right to Hire
Participate as a self-starter and key team member. Own the QA function on individual projects by providing QA Reviews and guidance, ensuring completion of test cases, and ensuring QA standards on tests, process and standards. As the key QA individual on any given project, clear communication, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to jump in and assist in any capacity on an Agile Team is crucial. Ability to define, setup and facilitate continuous integration automation test suites. Engages as a liaison between Development team, Business Analysts and Business Partners to comprehend and contribute to detailed business / system data processing requirements. Validation of system implementations against requirements through definition, execution, automation & tracking of detailed data testing strategies.
Ensure proper test coverage of User Stories in agile Sprints
Ensure Standards and Guidelines are followed with QA Reviews
Automate & execute detailed testing plans, test suites, test cases and test scripts enabling all levels of testing (unit, functional, integration, and regression).
Design and implement automated test suite solutions to reduce manual testing overhead.
Meet testing objectives in an agile software development program.
Partner with Project Manager, Technical Team Lead, Business subject matter experts and 3rd party data providers to leverage / contribute / validate systems data processing requirements.
Provide qualitative / quantitative analysis evidence to project stakeholders as part of data QA focus.
Meet regularly with Project Manager and Technical Team Leads during project execution to evaluate project data testing status, milestones, risks, issues.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of designing and building reusable testing automation
Solid experience with automated functional testing tools, preferably Cucumber. Examples could be Cucumber, Fitnesse, Watir, Concordion, Canoo WebTest, Jacobie, HttpUnit, HtmlUnit, Geb, JMeter, or Sauce Labs.
Experience with statistical and/or financial analysis to independently validate algorithms.
Knowledge & application of statistical analysis techniques to independently validate algorithms.
Ability to translate business needs & requirements into holistic testing strategy.
Proficient analytical / problem-solving skills with ability to draw conclusions.
Effective oral and written communication skills with ability to make recommendations.
Ability to work well within a team environment and with limited supervision.
Formal experience with an ALM Testing Solution.

Company is seeking an experienced candidate for a SAP Security Analyst role to join our Global Enterprise, Systems & Optimization team. This role is accountable for maintaining SAP Security functions, administering user access across Company SAP systems and managing the GRC Access Control functions required for Audit compliance. Responsibilities include design, development, coordination of the testing and also the deployment in Production of SAP Security roles and authorizations. As part of the ongoing responsibilities, the position will work with both business and technical teams (that includes SAP functional, Development and Basis teams) to advise and develop best business practices around SAP security.
Design, implement, maintain and support globally SAP Security using CUA and GRC functions for Company following the change management policy and procedures.
Identify Issues, define Solutions and address Service requests in collaboration with IT teams and Business Process Owners for Security Controls in various SAP Systems including: SAP-ECC, BW, BPC, PI, Enterprise Portal, CRM, Solman, GRC, BOBJ and HANA.
Owner of the SAP Security controls and responsible to maintain compliance to SOX controls required by Auditors.
Manage the IT Ticket System for SAP Security areas in addressing Incidents, requests and Change Requests per ITIL Service Management best practices to provide IT Service support to Internal Customers.
Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding of personnel to Company IT systems in collaboration with HR, IT teams, Hiring Managers and Business Process Owners.
Design and Support the GRC Access Control functionalities, configuration of the rule sets for SOD and Critical Actions, generate Reports for the Business Owners of SOD, Critical Actions and Mitigating Control reviews, update Rule Sets and produce various Reports required for Auditors and Business Owners.
Perform periodic review of User Access in the system thereby complying with the appropriate usage of SAP Licenses and support annual SAP License Audit by generating the data/report required by SAP.
Support various IT Projects and System Upgrades that require setting up and testing SAP Security thru the lifecycle of the implementation.
Manage SAP Service Marketplace/OSS in setting up and maintaining user accounts, Secure Access to SAP and SAP Incidents related to Security.
Support the end to end process improvement based on the future state of business. Collaboratively evaluate and plan for the development of changes to existing SAP roles and create new as necessary to coincide with those changes in the business.
Required Skillsets / Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Computer-related; Masters preferred.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Security Administration.
Expert understanding of SAP’s authorization concepts, roles and profiles.
Knowledgeable in SAP Security Infrastructure with multiple project implementations.
Working experience with GRC Access Control modules (10.1), generating and analyzing reports, addressing SOX audit requirements and documentation.
Working experience with SAP-ECC6.0, BW, BPC, CRM, PI/PO, Enterprise Portal, CUA, SAP Change/Transport Management, Solution Manager (7.1 & 7.2).
Experience working with ChaRM, HANA systems, BOBJ are preferred.
Ability to adhere to schedules and project timelines.
Possess good proactive communication skills of problems/solutions with experience with training users on SAP security functions.
Demonstrate good understanding of key functions/transactions in SAP and the integration points between various SAP modules, strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills that include initiative; ability to work across staff, priority setting and building good cross functional relationship.
